Urgyen House has recently opened a fascinating new exhibition called ‘Foundations’. In this latest video blog Paramartha introduces some of the key themes of the exhibition.

An invitation to visit the UK led to six key years in Sangharakshita’s life creating the foundations of what would become the Triratna Buddhist Order and Community.
